We are looking for:

A key player in our customer engagement strategy - ensuring loyalty and successful contract renewals. You are dedicated to our customers’ needs and passionate about our product. You are an outstanding storyteller and you have deep knowledge of the Social Media landscape.

The candidate should be able to:

  • Maximise customers’ usage of and success on the Observify platform.
  • Onboard new customers with excellence (setup, training, advisory).
  • Work together with customers to identify their needs and guide them on how to effectively achieve their goals.
  • Review customer usage and proactively address inactivity and missed opportunities.
  • Be an expert on Observify's features as they are launched.
  • Be the voice of our customers internally.

Your skills:

  • Outstanding communication, listening and storytelling skills, above all in delivering presentations and training to customers from companies of all sizes and different industries.
  • A passion for and deep knowledge of the Social Media landscape.
  • Understanding of social media tactics, strategy, and trends.
  • Awareness of marketing and web technology across industries and large organisations.
  • Ability to learn new technology at lightning speed.
  • Solution-minded with the ability to think strategically.
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee the bigger picture.
  • English and any Scandinavian language. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Open and flexible can-do attitude, hard working and proactive across teams, pursuing new opportunities.
