Highly driven individuals, preferably recent graduates that are hard working, enthusiastic, positive and motivated, as there will be a unique opportunity to turn this position into a full time employment.
The Customer Support Intern will provide support to Observify's users ensuring client satisfaction. The Intern will possess proper knowledge of the company's products and services in order to train customers, answer on their requests and also recognise when to escalate issues to other departments. The Intern will also identify trends and patterns that will support our executive level employees on their decisions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding in new media/social media, be a team player, and excited to learn about a variety of industries.
Depending on the candidate's individual strengths and personal development, the period of our trainee program will be between 6-18 months.
