We are looking for:

A Customer Support Manager that will be leading the Customer Support team which has provides excellent service to our customers and contributes to the continuous improvement of the Observify platform. You will be working closely with our Customer Success and Engineering teams, to ensure not only that our customers successfully work with Observify, but also that the tool meets their continuously developing needs.

The Customer Support Manager will manage all Customer Support Agents that provide support to Observify's users ensuring client satisfaction. The Manager will possess proper knowledge of the company's products and services in order to train customers, answer on their requests and be a role model for all the Customer Support team. The Manager will also support executive level employees by identifying trends and patterns.

Your skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • A born leader! Experience in leading teams will be a plus.
  • Passion for and strong knowledge of Social Media for businesses
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and love of providing exceptional customer service
  • Fluent in English & any Nordic language.
  • Keen interest in technology, good computer skills.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent will be a plus.
  • Previous customer support experience, at least 2-3 years. Experience within software/ SaaS industry will be a plus.
